Testing Parameters

1. Test Condition:

Unless otherwise specified, the test shall be carried out at a normal temperature of 20-30 ° C, and the current protector may be installed at any position of the test instrument.

2. Humidity And Heat Test

The overload protector shall be able to withstand the constant damp heat test method (Ca). The severity of the test shall be 48 h. The insulation resistance after the damp heat test shall not be less than 2 MΩ. The performance after the test shall meet the following conditions:

A:The shape of test sample should not be deformed significantly;

B:The electrical strength shall comply with Item 3.2 and the test voltage shall be 80% of the original test voltage.

3. Anti-seismic Property

The overload protector should be able to withstand an amplitude of 0.35mm, a frequency change of 10-50HZ, a change period of 3-5 times/min, and a clamping direction of X. Y. Z. After 1.5h of each test, the performance should meet the following requirements:

A:The rated disconnection should be within the initial value;

B:The test sample shall be free of deformation and damage, and the terminals shall not loosen and fall off.

4. Drop Resistance

A:The rated disconnection should be within the initial value;

B:The contact resistance should be within the setting value;

C:The test sample shall be free of deformation and damage, and the terminals shall not loosen and fall off.
