Performance

 

1. Safety short circuit capacity:Overload protector can withstand ac 250V /1000A in case of short circuit.

2. Contact Resistance:Contact resistance should be less than 80mΩ(Low amperes and not containing heating wire type).

3. Humidity And Heat Test:

The overload protector shall be able to withstand the constant damp heat test method (Ca). The severity of the test shall be 48 h. The insulation resistance after the damp heat test shall not be less than 2mΩ. The performance after the test shall meet the following conditions:

A. The shape of test sample should not be deformed significantly

B. The electrical strength shall comply with Item 3.2 and the test voltage shall be 80% of the original test voltage.

4. Anti-seismic Property

The overload protector should be able to withstand an amplitude of 0.35mm, a frequency change of 10-50HZ, a change period of 3-5 times/min, and a clamping direction of X. Y. Z. After 1.5h of each test, the performance should meet the following requirements:

A. The rated disconnection should be within the initial value;

B. The test sample shall be free of deformation and damage, and the terminals shall not loosen and fall off.

5. Drop Resistance

A. The rated disconnection should be within the initial value;

B. The contact resistance should be within the setting value;

C. The test sample shall be free of deformation and damage, and the terminals shall not loosen and fall off.

6. Overload Capacity

The protector withstands 6 times the rated current, the disconnection time should be maintained at the initial value of 5-40sec, and the contact does not weld, high voltage 1500V / 1 minute without breakdown, the current protector should be able to work reliably after the test.

The rated working temperature of the product is less than 65℃ at an ambient temperature of 25℃;

High level bimetal ensures that it can withstand the current of normal circuit;

Complying with RoHS and REACH directives.
